Our Story

Temenos Wines is the culmination of Dominic Canizzaro’s lifelong involvement in the process of making and enjoying outstanding wines. From his early years helping out (more like getting in the way) at his grandfather’s home wine cellar, to the past fifteen years working for some of Sonoma and Napa Counties premium wineries, the art of making wine for Dominic is not just a way of life but is his passion.

Please enjoy Temenos wines as if you are sitting at the Canizzaro family table after a day of working in Nono Pedemonte’s cellar with family and friends. It’s always been our sacred space.
